We are looking for an advocate working either part time or full time to join our team, giving a voice and support to vulnerable people throughout Hampshire. You will be meeting with service users in care homes, hospitals, their own homes or community settings, supporting them to understand their rights and access the appropriate care and support. You will also be supporting our Basingstoke based self-advocacy group, promoting our service and developing projects with local communities. You will receive mileage costs, in person supervision and peer support.
