Friday Network welcomed a group of people from a local NHS leadership course in July so they could find out more about voluntary sector organisations in Basingstoke. The Network enjoyed meeting people who were working in services across the NHS, HCC, ambulance service and police and telling them about life for people with a learning disability in Basingstoke. Feedback from the NHS group was overwhelmingly positive: “we had fun meeting everyone and can see how much the Network is needed” “we can’t believe Speakeasy works with so many people using such a small staff team!”
