Our systems are efficient – for example booking several clients on the same day in order to share mileage and travel time, allocation based on travel time and frequency of visits. We produce accurate and prompt reports which are required by Out of Area DOLS Offices and other commissioners.

We are a ‘safe pair of hands’ to ensure that people who are placed out of area have their rights upheld and the right care and support. We have an experienced workforce with a combined 50 years of DOLS IMCA experience. All our advocates are employed rather than freelance or self employed, and everyone has regular individual support and supervision as well as peer support and training opportunities. We have expertise in complex advocacy and life planning casework using our highly skilled workforce with a range of professional qualifications and experience in areas such as social work, health and law.
