At the Speakeasy Annual General Meeting in December 2025, members of the Friday Network group shared their views on the values of the organisation. They did this by reviewing their year and matching all their activities to shared beliefs in what is important to and for Speakeasy. Their list of Speakeasy values are:

 – Empowerment 

– Inclusion 

– Independence 

– Respect 

The Trustees will be reviewing these over the coming months and develop ways to check we are meeting these values across the organisation.
